Chris HarnessBackgroundChris has a banking background, particularly running systems and reviewing problematic companies. He changed industry ten years ago, when he joined Enquin. Gwyn MillsBackgroundGwyn has over 35 years experience within the construction industry. He has worked on numerous projects throughout South Wales and the South West in the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor for a variety of national contractors. Management SkillsThrough his varied experience and his understanding of contractual conditions, Gwyn has developed the necessary skills to manage and control most aspects of a project. As one of Gwyn's major qualities is patience, this allows him to review complex matters which aids in the reviewing and solving of most problems. Phil ReesBackgroundPhil has over 10 years experience Phil’s typical contracts have included Health and Safety Management Systems, Quality Systems and Environmental Systems, Health & Safety and Compliance Auditing, Site Management and CDM Awareness/Co-ordinator assistance. Phil has worked as a Health & Safety Advisor/Consultant within Eire and Germany also. Phil’s previous role as an Environmental and Quality Manager (H & Advisor) for CWM Environmental Limited gave him the overall responsibility which included the Management of Health and Safety Regulatory Compliance, Liaison with the Health and Safety Executive, Inspections of all company facilities, preparation and issue of Health & Safety Management system, training/induction, Maintenance of Health & Safety Management System, Company Awareness of Health & Safety Regulations, Guidance etc, Environmental Regulatory Compliance, liaison with the Regulatory Agencies – EA DEFRA, duty of care inspections at third party contractors, Preparation of permits, license, working plans and support documents, reports required by the EA. Preparation, maintenance and issue of documents in relation to ISO9001 and ISO14001, company internal auditor for quality and environmental systems. Phil worked for Wimtec Environmental Limited as the Company Health and Safety Advisor/Consultant. His duties included Health & Safety audits/inspections, preparation, issue and maintenance of the Health & Safety Management System, informing company personnel of Health & Safety compliance and legislation requirements and Health and Safety training.
