Michael Tully

Michael previously worked for Wimpey Construction gaining over 16 years commercial experience within the construction industry. He has worked on numerous projects throughout South Wales and in the South West where he progressed to the position of Managing Surveyor (South Wales). He then was given the role of problem solving, over several years dealing with many major contracts through the South of Britain.

Michael, through his varied experience and his understanding of contractual conditions, has developed the necessary skills to manage and control most aspects of a project.

As Managing Director Michael is involved in:

• Project Management of various asbestos abatement projects
• Commercial Control of large packages on multi million pound development schemes

Chris Harness

Chris has a banking background, particularly running systems and reviewing problematic companies. He changed industry ten years ago, when he joined Enquin.

Chris, has a methodical understanding of cash, cash collection and dealing with clients accounting systems. He uses this knowledge to obtain cash for our clients at the earliest opportunity.

Chris is involved in various commissions at present including:

• Preparing applications for payment, cash collection, CIS documentation for a number companies
• Cash collection, documentation review and systems support for an electrical company

Gwyn Mills

Gwyn has over 35 years experience within the construction industry. He has worked on numerous projects throughout South Wales and the South West in the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor for a variety of national contractors.

Through his varied experience and his understanding of contractual conditions, Gwyn has developed the necessary skills to manage and control most aspects of a project. As one of Gwyn's major qualities is patience, this allows him to review complex matters which aids in the reviewing and solving of most problems.

Gwyn has recently been involved in a number of projects including:

• Pre-contract activation including measurement and estimating
• Providing long-term support to two of our Clients resolving, in an amicable manner, historical problems.

Phil Rees

Phil has over 10 years experience

Phil’s typical contracts have included Health and Safety Management Systems, Quality Systems and Environmental Systems, Health & Safety and Compliance Auditing, Site Management and CDM Awareness/Co-ordinator assistance. Phil has worked as a Health & Safety Advisor/Consultant within Eire and Germany also.

Phil’s previous role as an Environmental and Quality Manager (H & Advisor) for CWM Environmental Limited gave him the overall responsibility which included the Management of Health and Safety Regulatory Compliance, Liaison with the Health and Safety Executive, Inspections of all company facilities, preparation and issue of Health & Safety Management system, training/induction, Maintenance of Health & Safety Management System, Company Awareness of Health & Safety Regulations, Guidance etc, Environmental Regulatory Compliance, liaison with the Regulatory Agencies – EA DEFRA, duty of care inspections at third party contractors, Preparation of permits, license, working plans and support documents, reports required by the EA. Preparation, maintenance and issue of documents in relation to ISO9001 and ISO14001, company internal auditor for quality and environmental systems.

Phil worked for Wimtec Environmental Limited as the Company Health and Safety Advisor/Consultant. His duties included Health & Safety audits/inspections, preparation, issue and maintenance of the Health & Safety Management System, informing company personnel of Health & Safety compliance and legislation requirements and Health and Safety training.

Phil also worked for Wimpey for 6 years in a range of positions which included Health and Safety Advisor/Consultant. Duties were as those stated above.
