Enquin Limited was formed in 1996 when two Quantity Surveyors with extensive experience gained with national construction contractors, joined together to create a company that provides a professional, non-adversarial, business solution service within the construction industry.
From day one, Enquin concentrated on delivering construction value to its clients – in terms of cost, time and quality and has secured a managed environment in which project risk and change are controlled and objectives best assured. This requires highly skilled people and Enquin have employed professionals of a very high calibre – providing quality of advice and consistency of service to clients – locally and nationally.
Thirteen years on, with an exhaustive list of repeat business from over 30 companies, the company continues to develop and specialises in the planning and management of cost, time, risk and value on construction projects. With many of these commissions undertaken under the banner of their Clients in a seamless business support.
The company’s continued success is mainly due to their internal organisation and the ability in which they develop project teams to precisely match the needs of their clients with an integrated approach. They are able to draw from the pool of skills and experience throughout the company and benefit from the fluidity of knowledge and people around the business. At present, the company offers over 70 years of general contracting experience and with a head office in Cardiff, operates throughout Wales and England.
